UK Service Provider Performance and Satisfaction study results 2013

Each year, KPMG evaluates organisations' satisfaction with their outsourcing service providers. The research results are recognised as the most extensive and representative ’perception study' on today’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) marketplace sourcing issues.

This year’s UK study evaluated over 490 outsourcing contracts held by over 210 ICT participants in the UK. The total annual value of the contracts included is estimated at over £10 billion out of a total ICT spend of over £29 billion. This highlights the high amount of IT budgets used for outsourced IT services. The study covers all commercial sectors plus the public sector, including central and local government organisations.

The 2013 study provides deep insights into the changing dynamics of the UK outsourcing market and highlights the key trends seen in the market today.

The survey includes a full management summary plus an outline of the research's key findings.
