For the past 18 years Jon has supported CEOs, Boards and equity (and JV) sponsors of multinational organisations to deliver critical turnarounds and transformations of their businesses. He is equally adept as an interim executive (he is a former CEO), strategic advisor or hands-on project manager, bringing a unique real world pragmatism enabling him to rapidly turn strategy into practical action.
This was on display when recently providing Board-level advice and hands-on support to a large global brewer as part of the successful $150m+ transformation of its European operation and also in his support of the successful operating model restructure of a large oilfield service provider.
Jon is known for his ability to rapidly synthesize and address the challenges facing a client business (across the value and supply chain) while keeping management, sponsors and other stakeholders (employees, JV partners, financial stakeholders, etc.) on side. He operates at pace, using early successes to generate momentum and buy-in for the longer term transformational journey. His commercial acumen is unique and ensures he is able to facilitate positive change in even the most difficult circumstances.
