Che is a Director within KPMG’s UK Capital Markets Advisory practice, specialising in delivering new operating models and business strategy resulting from regulatory change.
Che has over 15 years of experience having worked for Big 4 professional services firms, as an Advisor at the Bank of England and as a Senior Supervisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
He has led a number of global regulatory change impact assessments and business implementation strategies across capital markets and asset management. Che has developed global solutions, aligning procedures and operating model design to produce a series of recommendations for Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks.
He has advised inter-dealer brokers on their strategic optionality review driven by global derivative reforms. He conducted business impact scenarios (e.g. cost-income) and produced a future state Target Operating Model on the basis of the scenario reviews.
