Michael specialises in the operational performance improvement in Banks and has 20 year experience in working with many of the major banks in UK, Europe and North America to solve their strategic issues. His portfolio of engagements include, advice on replacement of core banking and finance systems, enterprise wide cost reduction, driving revenue growth through enhanced customer experience and the channel migration through to managing large scale regulatory remediation programs, including the creation of KPMG’s customer remediation centre in Leeds and India.
