Edoardo has 12 years working experience in consulting, working for clients in retail, manufacturing, agro-chemical, and financial services. Edoardo has focussed on pricing engagements for the last 3 years and has been driving the development of KPMG’s pricing capabilities, leveraging in particular predictive and prescriptive analytics coupled with uncertainty modelling. In the last 3 years he has identified more than £40m in potential margin improvements working across clients in different industries and using different techniques such as basket analysis, targets and floors optimisation, price elasticities assessment, and promotional effectiveness. Prior to joining the Strategy Group, Edoardo has led the Value Enabled Transformation proposition within KPMG to create business cases and drive value from IT enabled transformations.
