Vincent is Head of KPMG’s Sustainability Services in the UK firm. He works with Board and C-Suite clients to identify and implement changes necessary for long term sustainable success in a complex and fast moving world. Vincent brings 20 years of business consulting experience to the sustainability agenda including strategy, business transformation, process re-engineering and change management. Vincent has a unique blend of business experience and accounting discipline and a deep understanding of organization and human psychology. He has served organizations in the public and private sectors alike. Vincent has significant experience of the world of non-financial Assurance and has scoped and delivered Assurance for CDC Group plc in 2009 which helped them report of their investment impact. In 2012 he scoped the Assurance for Barclays Bank plc on their Citizenship Report, the first following the appointment of Antony Jenkins as Chief Executive. Vincent also works with corporate clients advising on Sustainability issues from energy and natural resource conservation through to stakeholder engagement, relationship management and strategic change. He originally trained as a Chartered Accountant and has worked with large and small companies in insurance, broking, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Retail and Consumer Goods, and Construction. He has advised government on Social Investment, Entrepreneurialism and Innovation. In 2006 Vincent qualified as a Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic programming and in 2011 as a master-practitioner. He is a member of the Association for NLP.
