KPMG in the UK
David has been with KPMG since graduating from the London School of Economics in 1982. He is a member of both the Board and Executive Committee of KPMG in the UK, with responsibility for Quality and Risk Management and has previously been Head of Audit for KPMG’S Consumer and industrial Markets group, Head of Accounting Advisory Services and Head of KPMG’s Drinks sector. He has been a partner since 1996, working primarily with large multinational organisations which have included AstraZeneca, Bunzl, Diageo, Cadbury, Eurotunnel, Johnson Matthey, United Biscuits and VT Group. Whilst an auditor by background, his experience includes IPOs transaction related and other advice, and investigations. David is a member of the Council and of the Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, for which he also chairs the Technical Standards Board.
