KPMG in the UK

Andy leads KPMG’s activity in the policing sector, with a particular emphasis on the interface of policing and wider devolved government. He has led and delivered large scale transformation projects across the public sector for the past 11 years. Recent projects include working with Greater Manchester Police to develop its non-emergency service model; helping Leicestershire Police develop its 2020 Target Operating Model; and redesigning the local policing operating models at Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Police. He is also overseeing KPMG’s support to the three force collaboration programme, focused on shared HR, L&D, CJ and the Athena programmes. Andy is a senior member of KPMG’s Justice & Security Global Centre of Excellence, which was established to provide clients with global insight and best practice from the sector.
