KPMG in the UK
Richard joined KPMG in 2005 and lead the pensions practice in Manchester. He has over 20 years’ experience in pensions and actuarial consultancy and qualified as an actuary in 1996. Richard also leads KPMG’s trustee services team across the North and Scotland. He holds a number of scheme actuary appointments and advises clients on integrating funding, investment and covenant strategies as part of long term pension risk management. Richard also has extensive corporate pensions experience and has worked on projects including asset backed funding, liability management, corporate M&A, de-risking and funding valuations. His clients include EH Booth & Co Ltd, Brammer plc, Robert McBride plc, Norcros plc, Keele University and Leeds Building Society.
