Rachel is a Partner in Aerospace, Defence and Technology with over 25 years’ experience working with major corporates in Aerospace, Defence, Telecoms, Media, Consumer Goods and Technology. Rachel’s clients include leading global companies, having delivered key programmes for over 20 years working in all domains with a particular focus on Air, Secure Communications and Technology.
Rachel’s expertise spans corporate & business unit strategy for growth and performance improvement; operational excellence integrating innovation; strategic growth options including M&A advisory; digital and operational transformation with advanced analytics and technology; strategic alliances; transformational leadership and governance. Additionally, Rachel has provided strategic advice for large scale programmes in Aerospace, Defence and wider government; providing customer, market, economic, commercial and financial insight.
Rachel leads a team of advisors covering the full spectrum of KPMG advisory services, focusing on delivering bottom line results and creating shareholder value. Rachel is also the sponsoring partner for KPMG’s industry-wide inclusion and diversity agenda: Women in Aerospace, Defence and Technology.
Prior to joining KPMG, Rachel founded and ran a leading strategy, financial and commercial transformation consultancy in the sector, with a team of over 100 subject matter experts. Rachel also worked internationally as a management consultant at Capgemini for Telecommunications and Media clients, led sales and marketing for new products at Eastman Kodak for Southern & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, and led turnarounds for industrial manufacturing clients including Oil, Food, Chemicals, Automotive, Consumer Goods and Media companies.
