Emma-Jane is a highly experienced infrastructure specialist, with a strong executive advisor background in major infrastructure projects. She is a chartered quantity surveyor and has first-hand experience covering the breadth of the construction supply chain in the client, consultant, main contractor, and subcontractor arenas.
Emma-Jane has developed her 10+ years of consulting experience across the transportation, power and utilities sectors. Her core expertise is in the creation and optimisation of collaborative structures including partnerships, alliances and joint ventures.
She has focused latterly on advising clients on how to create, optimise and exit collaborative structures in the infrastructure sector. Specifically, she has developed a methodology to inform the creation of collaborative commercial models that make tangible the measurement of targeted collaborative value.
Developing a niche understanding of the link between culture and collaboration success factors, Emma-Jane has further developed a suite of tools that enable the 360 degree assessment of collaborative maturity in infrastructure.
She is accredited as a BS11000 collaborative leader and has published research on collaborative forms of construction contract including NEC3.
