David Harris

David is a tax specialist with over 20 years of experience with KPMG.  

He works extensively with private equity and privately owned businesses, ensuring corporate and shareholder interests are aligned. David has considerable experience advising clients as they progress through their life-cycle and strategic growth plans, advising on matters such as acquisitions, financing, R&D, tax governance and management incentives. 

David is responsible for coordinating KPMG’s Brexit offering across the South region. He has presented regularly on key Brexit issues facing clients and finance teams and is part of KPMG’s national Brexit thought leadership network.
