Alex provides commercial, strategic and tactical advice for sale and purchase agreements and other transaction documents for buyers and sellers. He links diligence issues to the key drivers of value and price, helping clients address issues and achieve their deal objectives.

He advises corporate and private equity clients across diverse industries, with expertise in cross border deals and over 15 years’ experience providing deal support. 

Having lived and worked in the UK, Ecuador, Mexico, Netherlands and Gabon Africa, Alex speaks fluent Spanish.

He is also an experienced presenter, and delivers training on SPAs and Due Diligence to clients, law firms, investment bankers and other M&A specialists.
