Linda believes in creating change through people. She has a specialist background in Pensions & Investment Advisory to employers and shareholders, and leads innovative thinking on our spending/savings culture and how we reduce financial anxiety. She is increasingly working with clients on broader ‘reward’ and employee experience strategies, encompassing leadership and cultural change.
Linda co-founded and leads our C-Suite Leadership Programme, a cross-sector cross-function programme for imminent client ExCo in the UK, Enabling agility and change in individuals and organisations, as well as the responsibility of business in society are key topics.
Linda’s main clients are in the two sectors of Consumer and Not for Profit, and she lead KPMG UK’s broader relationship for a number of key client accounts.
In 2014 Linda was featured in the Sunday Times as part of 35-under-35 women in Management Today.
A mother of two boys, and a frequent (albeit unwilling) runner she exceeded her own beliefs with an ultra challenge of 100km in July 2016.
