Graham is a Partner in Deal Advisory based in London.
Graham has 18 years’ experience supporting clients in the auto sector to execute transformational deals. He has particular experience in assisting clients with complex cross border transactions including Ford’s sale of Jaguar, Land Rover and Aston Martin, and the creation of their joint venture in Russia. He has also worked on projects with a number of European, Japanese and Chinese OEMs, with a number of tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers to the automotive industry, with Auto retail and distribution businesses, and with fleet management (VMAS) providers and vehicle resellers.
Graham has been closely involved in supporting clients in the mobility ecosystem develop their strategies to deal with disruptive market change, and to acquire the necessary skills and capabilities through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Recent projects include supporting the acquisition of ride hailing and mobility services businesses by strategic acquirers, the sale of an innovative low carbon vehicle manufacturer to a major OEM, due diligence on EV powertrain technology businesses, working on strategy and cost base with one of Europe’s largest mobility service providers, and supporting successful applications for government grant support for major capital investment.
