February 1, 2018 Tax Dispute Resolution Practice, KPMG Law Ukraine held the Business Breakfast "Key Tax Disputes: Disputes on TP, use of cash registers, Marketing Costs."
During a dialogue with business representatives Larysa Antoshchuk, Head of Tax Dispute Resolution Practice, Natalia Musienko and Andriy Koshman, KPMG Law Ukraine lawyers reviewed the judicial aspect of TP and use of cash registers in online commerce. Also, using the real cases as an example, experts analyzed the protection strategies in disputes on tax consequences as a result of advertising campaigns and marketing costs. The specialists have paid special attention to customs disputes regarding determination of the customs value of goods.
"We analyzed the most costly business categories of disputes (such as TP and marketing services) as well as the new but painful issues - such as use of acquiring systems and the peculiarities of use of cash registers when selling via the Internet. Just the last topic has caused a lot of questions from representatives of large and medium-sized businesses, given the frankly fiscal advice and the risk of conducting control purchases by representatives of fiscal authorities", - said Larysa Antoshchuk.
