On December 4, 2014, the Managing Partner of KPMG in Ukraine, Andriy Tsymbal, was elected to the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine 2015 Board of Directors.
The ACC Board of Directors together with Andriy Tsymbal now consists of the heads of EBRD, P&G, McDonald's, Baker & McKenzie CIS, IBM, Citibank, Cargill, Coca-Cola, METRO Cash & Carry Ukraine, Sanofi-Aventis, Carlsberg.
The mission of ACC Board of Directors is to unite the leading organizations in Ukraine, provide an effective platform for networking and information sharing, advocate for a business environment and enable private enterprises to flourish.
The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine is the most active and effective non-government, non-profit business association operating in Ukraine. One of the principal activities of the Chamber is to represent the foreign investment community as well as to facilitate the entrance of potential new investors into this market. Over the past 19 years the Chamber has been actively cooperating with the Ukrainian authorities to improve the business environment and attract domestic and foreign investment to the Ukrainian economy.
The ACC Board of Directors in Ukraine consists of the heads of leading companies and organizations in Ukraine, regardless of their country of origin. Voting takes place annually. In 2014 it was conducted in electronic format from 22 October to 3 December 2014.
