Speakers:

Sergey Popov, Partner, Head of Tax and Legal Department, KPMG in Ukraine. Sergey has more than 20 years of professional experience in consultancy on tax and legal issues to international and Ukrainian companies. In his practice, Sergey makes an emphasis on international tax planning and structuring of investments in Ukraine and abroad. His activities are mainly focused on the development of tax planning strategies, effective methods of repatriating foreign income, as well as compliance with corporate tax legislation and current consultancy on the most relevant tax issues of foreign and domestic legislation.

Аlexander Boboshko, Manager of KPMG tax practice in Malta, coordinator for work with Ukrainian business. Alexander has more than 12 years of experience in the field of international taxation, which he obtained while working in Ukraine and the EU countries. Alexander specializes in structuring business and investments of Ukrainian companies in Malta.

Special guest Аndre Zarb, Partner and Head of Tax Practice at KPMG in Malta. Andre has more than 30 years of experience structuring the business of the world's largest financial and industrial groups in Malta and the EU. Andre served as an adviser to the Prime Minister of Malta on tax issues and was directly involved in the development and harmonization of the current tax laws in Malta and the EU.
