Potree Yang

Potree is a Partner of Audit Department at Kaohsiung Branch, KPMG in Taiwan, with a Master Degree in Accounting from National Chung-Cheng University. He has over 30 years of experience as audit partner, specialized in financial statement audit under IFRS and local GAAP reporting frameworks, initial public offerings in Taiwan, IFRS conversion, and Local fundraising projects. His client base covers multinational companies and the companies from industrial, technology, media & telecommunications and retail sectors.

Besides audit, Potree also has many various experiences in providing ROC corporate income tax compliance cerftification services and investment registration consulting services to foreign and local clients.

On the behalf of the firm, Potree is involved professional associations, such as being a member of the accounting and auditing committee in Kaohsiung city CPA Association. He also once served as a director 8th of Kaohsiung city CPA Association, a member of the Public Policy committee in National Federation of CPA Association of the ROC and a member of CPA professional responsibility committee in National Federation of CPA Association of the ROC.
