Victor is an Associate at KPMG Law Firm. He has, as legal counsel, acted for an array of major banks in Taiwan to arrange syndicated loans, ship finance and various types of financing transactions. In his banking practice, he has solid experience advising local and foreign financial institutions (banks, insurance companies and securities firms), participating in global compliance projects and FinTech projects, and arranging financing transactions. Prior to joining KPMG, Victor has a wide range of experience, including banking and financing, global trade, capital market practice (IPO, ECB, etc.), M&A, litigations relating to intellectual property and civil disputes, as well as advising government agencies on international investment disputes, telecommunication policies and bilateral investment treaties (BIT). Victor’s diversified experience and focused professional practice enables him to provide client-oriented and insightful advice from a variety of legal perspectives.

- Victor’s practice focus on banking and finance, syndicated loan, vessel and aircraft finance and corporate advice. He has extensive experience as a leading lawyer for Taiwan syndicated loans, cross-border loan assignment transactions, as well as security interest recordation and arrangement of loan transaction in Asia-Pacific, Africa, Central and South America and various jurisdictions.
- For vessel and aircraft finance practice, Victor is experienced in handling mortgage and security interest arrangements in Panama, Liberia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other jurisdictions. He is also appointed as the Special Agent in Taiwan for maritime affairs by the Liberian Maritime Authority.
- Victor participated in several M&A, IPO and JV transactions, and represented clients in dispute arising from M&A and JV deals.
