Johnny Lee

Johnny acts as Member of Taiwan CPA Disciplinary Appeal Committee, Director/Chairman of Financial Law Research Committee of National Federation of Certified Public Accountant Associations of the Republic of China and Vice Chairman of Financial Law Research Committee of National Federation of Certified Public Associations of the Republic of China, as member of Public Policy Committee of National Federation of Certified Public Accountants in Taiwan, and also advisor of Accounting Research and Development Foundation, the accounting and auditing standards setting body in Taiwan.

Johnny has around 30 years experiences in assurance practice.  Johnny holds professional qualifications in R.O.C. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), China CPA and USA CPA in Texas in US.  Johnny mainly provides client with audit and attestation related services of financial statements based on IFRS, US GAAP and Taiwanese GAAP for listed companies and Japanese companies, corporate income tax return certifications and due diligence reviews. Also, he provides advisory services related to IPO, accounting systems, tax advisory, and design and implementation of internal control system and internal auditing.
