James Huang specializes in corporate and securities transaction regulations. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked in Supreme Court and Taiwan High Court, which gave him a thorough understanding of litigation proceedings. Huang has strong practices in multiple areas, including corporate compliance, intellectual property, major financial and economic cases, real property disputes, employment conflict resolution, and many other civil or criminal cases. His involved cases include a Securities and Exchange Act criminal violation case involving the principal of a well-known securities firm, as well as an Anti-Corruption Act violation case in which he defended for a celebrated construction company manager.

James participated in several M&A, IPO and JV transactions, and represented clients in dispute arising from M&A and JV deals.
