Vincent joined KPMG Taiwan in 2000 after moving back from Australia where he was educated and obtained most of his qualifications. Prior to his current role, Vincent was an audit and tax manager in an Australian-based Chartered Accounting firm for more than five years. With extensive experience in transaction services, Vincent has effectively coordinated and completed a significant number of complex M&A projects, including Quanta Computer’s buy-out of the display business of Sanyo Electric, Acer’s share swap merger with E-TEN Information System, Mitsui & Co’s investment in TPV Technology, Mega Holdings’ merger with International Commercial Bank of China as well as SinoPac Holdings’ merger with International Bank of Taipei. In addition, Vincent has also involved in certain non-performing loan transactions for both multinationals and local clients.
