KPMG in Taiwan
Phyllis joined KPMG in 2003 and has thirteen years of audit experience, including two years of audit practice in KPMG New York.
Phyllis has provided professional audit services to several large multinational groups in accordance with PCAOB requirements, U.S. GAAP, or IFRS. Her audit experience ranges from SEC filings, consolidated financial statements, and internal control audits to the successful coordination of global audit transitions. She joined KPMG Global Mobility Program in 2008 and was assigned to the banking segment in New York. She had undertaken audit engagements for U.S. banking clients during the 2008 financial crisis, including the audit for covered assets in Citigroup Bailout.
Upon completion of the secondment, she returned to KPMG Taiwan and started to work with a variety of Thailand companies since 2010. She is familiar with business environment in Thailand and successfully assisted Green River Group to be listed in Taiwan.
