David Chen is a Partner of Audit Department at KPMG in Taiwan (Kaohsiung Branch). He began his career in KPMG Taiwan in 1989 and he has more than 30-year experience in audit.

David has extensive experience serving clients in information, communications and entertainment, industrial and consumer markets. He is responsible for financial statement audits, tax certification, and advisory services for several clients in both financial service (FS) industry and non-FS industries. He also provides advisory services related to IPO and accounting system and services of internal control review.
