Board committees play an important role with higher expectation in the governance process. Board assessment is a tool that can help to reflect on the performance in carrying out key board responsibilities. Properly assessment conduct offers both tangible and intangible value to the organization they govern and assist, and ultimately to the stakeholder that the organization serves. KPMG is cordially inviting Audit Committee to discuss on the key challenges in which committees can play an important role in assessing board effectiveness.
