Find out about our graduate selection process, from the application phase through to testing phase, interviews and offers.

We’ve designed an application process to support you in showing us your best.
 

Step 1 Application online

Specify your academic background, work experience and describe your motivation to work for KPMG. Click here and make the first important step towards your career.
 

Step 2 Knowledge and Language Tests

If you’re successful in your initial application, you’ll be asked to take a knowledge as well as language test which checks up your English. The language test takes 80 minutes. Candidates complete both tests at our premises.
 

Step 3 HR Interview

Following the tests, you’ll go through an interview with one of our
recruiters which should last approximately 45 minutes.
 

Step 4 Manager Interview

Manager from the department to which you are applying will focus the interview on key competencies we require when hiring new collegues.
 

Step 5 Partner Interview

Interview with a Partner from the function to which you are applying. The Partner will be looking to fully understand your career motivation at this stage.
