ALM: The building blocks for a more effective approach.
Most of today’s organizations clearly understand the benefits of implementing rationalization initiatives to cut costs and optimize the utilization of increasingly complex application portfolios. Unfortunately and despite its importance, some of these initiatives end up as “paper exercises”, where the applications marked for retirement are later found still running.
