Forms IR8A (Return of Employee's Remuneration) and IR21 (Notification of a Non-Citizen Employee’s Cessation of Employment or Departure from Singapore) are important statutory tax returns. Employers are expected to accurately prepare these for their employees, or risk getting penalised for incorrect returns. Complex tax rules and yearly changes can complicate this task.

‘This course was very beneficial and interesting. The self-help group portion was a good refresher for myself and my colleagues; based off of what we learnt in this course, our company did a self cleanup and discovered a minor non-compliance. Please do keep us updated on this workshop on a yearly basis!’ – Feedback from a past participant
‘The event was well organised, and the slides were well prepared with relevant examples and case studies. The course material was very comprehensive and easy to refer to. The presenters’ explanations were clear, and they were very helpful and clarified my queries.' – Feedback from a past participant
