Introduced by ACRA back in 2011, the Financial Reporting Surveillance Programme (FRSP) covers both listed and private companies and seeks to uphold the transparency, integrity and quality of financial reporting in Singapore. Under the FRSP, directors may be personally answerable to breaches.

This Financial Reporting course aims to equip you with insights on the findings on the FRSP and potential areas to look out for.
