Stephen has well over two decades of human capital experience, and over a decade as a Partner at KPMG. His forte lies in the development and delivery of people and change solutions, with a specific emphasis on the recruitment, development, engagement and retention of talent. He has also been actively involved in the development and implementation of various innovative people solutions, operations and business partnering solutions to drive KPMG’s strategic people agenda. During the course of his professional career, Stephen has been recognized in the national HR fraternity as a significant contributor in pushing the boundaries of the profession. In 2010, he received the National HR Leader of the Year Award at the Singapore HR Awards. The award was conferred by the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI). He was also instrumental in garnering a significant number of high profile national and global HR awards for the organization since 2006. This has resulted in KPMG’s prominence as one of Singapore's top employers.

Education and qualifications

  • Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas and a Master of Arts in Applied Social Sciences from Boston University.
