His extensive skill set with both government and private sector clients, includes bid advisory, business planning, financial modeling, contract structuring, regulatory advisory, risk mitigation, project appraisal and fund syndication. Sharad’s main focus has been on privatization advisory, Public Private Partnership structuring, transaction process management, contract structuring and arranging financing for water & waste, power, and infocomm projects.
