Our Management Internship program provides structure and variety to allow you to make the most of your time with us.
Management Internship Journey
- First day orientation
On your first day, we conduct a full day orientation to equip you with all you need to know before you embark on your journey with us. We want to put your mind at ease so you can focus on what’s ahead of you.
- Welcome lunch
In your first week, you will attend the Welcome Lunch, get to know your buddy and performance manager, familiarize yourself with the department process and meet your colleagues.
- Goal setting
You will meet your performance manager in a one-on-one session to discuss your goals and set expectations. This is the time to ask questions so you get the most out of your internship.
- On-the-job training
At KPMG, we are committed to giving you the best professional experience possible. During your internship, you'll paired with an experienced Associate on various assignments to help you understand the processes, terminology and our way of working. This is your chance to stand out by working well in a team, taking initiative and delivering quality work.
- Classroom training
We value continuous learning and make it a point to tailor training to your interests and needs. In your 10 week internship, you will attend over 32 hours of training and participate in technical, business and soft-skills classroom training facilitated by experienced KPMG trainers.
Bond with your fellow interns over teambuilding activities. Some of past year's activities include paintball and laser-tag.
- Corporate citizenship
As part of the internship program you will take part in a Corporate Social Responsibility project to make a sustainable difference to the community.
- Interns' networking session
Build relationships over drinks at the networking session held at the KPMG Clubhouse. This is your chance to mingle with KPMG seniors, managers and partners and show your social side.
- Assessing your achievements
Before the end of your internship, your performance manager will sit down with you to discuss your achievements. Together, you will assess if the goals you set out at the start of your internship were achieved and if expectations were met or even exceeded.
- Last day debrief
Look back on how far you’ve come in an informal group discussion. Mingle and share your experience with your fellow interns and congratulate yourself for all you have achieved with us.
