KPMG Al Fozan & Partners, a leading provider of audit, tax, and advisory services in Saudi Arabia, has announced the appointment of Wadih AbouNasr as the Head of Tax.

In his new role, Wadih will be leading the tax function from KPMG Al Fozan & Partners' headquarters in Riyadh.

A seasoned consultant with over 30 years of corporate experience in North America and the Middle East, Wadih's areas of expertise covers, but is not limited to international tax, value-added tax (VAT), tax deals and tax operations and technology.

Wadih has previously held several senior roles in another large professional services firm such as the chief operating officer (COO) for the tax function, head of transformation in the tax function, regional tax risk and quality leader, as well as tax relationship partner for key multinationals.
