This year’s edition of Retail Horizons: Benchmarks for 2011, Forecasts for 2012, sponsored by KPMG, includes responses from 247 executives covering 128 North American retail companies. The companies vary in terms of size, merchandise assortment, and distribution channels used. Participants also represent segments across the retail industry, including department and specialty stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and online companies.
