Prior to joining KPMG Vassily has been working for more than 7 years as a head of the department for large Russian advisory companies accredited with RAO UES of Russia, LUKOIL, Russian Railways, Federal Agency for the Administration of Federal Property (FAUGI), the Moscow City Property Department, FAUGI for Nuclear Industry, Russian Federal Property Fund, Federal Service of Russia for Financial Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy, Federal Children Centre, ARKO, etc. Service of high quality and professional approach established Vassily’s excellent reputation in the advisory market. His clients include major fuel-and-energy enterprises from Russia and the CIS.
Currently Vassily is heading the Power and Utilities sector at KPMG Russia and the CIS, and is an industry expert involved in advisory projects for Fuel & Energy Industry. Over the years Vassily has worked for KPMG, he was involved in and lead more than a hundred of large advisory projects for major energy companies. Vassily is also the head of Deal Advisory in the Central Asia. He is one of the most experienced KMPG experts participating on a regular basis in various international conferences, business forums, TV, and working groups as a speaker, moderator, or guest. These events include SPIEF, EEF, Russian Investment Forum, Russian Energy Week, Astana Economic Forum, MINEX ASIA, and other events.
