Irina joined KPMG in Moscow in 2003. Prior to joining KPMG, Irina worked as an attorney at the Moscow branch of an international law firm. Irina’s professional experience includes consulting clients on corporate law issues, reorganizing companies, supporting transactions under Russian and UK law, structuring investment projects and consulting on other Russian law issues related to commercial activities. Irina has represented clients in Russian common law and arbitration courts. These disputes were over the acquisition of shares, ownership of real estate, invalidation of transactions, corporate governance issues, labor and other disputes. Irina leads projects related to business re-structuring, joint-venture structuring, due diligence of companies, drafting various civil law contracts, advisory in the area of development and real estate transactions.
