Roman has been working at KPMG since 2006 and is the head of Finance and Treasury group. His experience includes a number of projects for the largest Russian companies in the field of treasury management and cash flow forecasting, as well as implementation of treasury IT-systems. Prior to joining KPMG, Roman worked for the largest Russian and international banks.Roman’s key projects include - 3-year program of treasury function centralization for the state fund, 2-year program of treasury function reorganization for a major Russian oil company. He was in charge of implementation of the SAP Treasury IT-system for a centralized treasury of Russia's largest oil company, as well as of functional requirements and prototype development for the centralized IT-system of commodity and financial risk management for Russia’s largest oil company.Roman has also developed risk management and hedging policies for major oil and gas and metallurgical companies of Russia, liquidity monitoring system and global concentration of funds in the framework of debt restructuring of Russia's largest metallurgical holding, global cash concentration system for the largest oil and gas holding in Russia. In addition, among his projects are global treasury IT-system choice for the largest oil and gas holding and development of functional, technical and design requirements for treasury IT-system based on SAP solutions for the centralized treasury of the largest oil company in Russia, as well as a number of other projects in optimization of treasury functions for the largest Russian and CIS companies.
