KPMG in Russia
Peter has more than 15 years’ experience of advising companies through the M&A cycle, and has extensive knowledge of managing complex cross border transactions. He has worked on a wide variety of transactions (e.g. buy-side, sell-side, IPO, reserve takeover, and carve-outs) in the UK, Europe, Asia, North and South America, for corporate and private equity clients.
Since 2012, Peter has been based in Moscow, specialising in advising international clients on market entry, expansion and consolidation acquisitions, as well as divestments in Russia and the CIS, and is responsible for producing KPMG’s annual Russian M&A Review.
He draws upon his depth of deal experience to help clients protect value during negotiation and dispute resolution of Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), as well as providing negotiation support to clients during all stages of the deal.
