Nina has been engaged in providing tax advisory services to clients since 2002. Among her clients are Russian and multinational companies operating in various industry sectors. Nina has extensive experience in implementing projects in such areas as: providing tax support to the restructuring of the holding, financial, operational structures of Russian and international companies, supporting the localisation of investment projects in Russia, consulting international companies on organizing, restructuring, localising business in Russia. Nina also specializes in structuring, analysing and preparing defence files for intra-group deals and financing structures, identifying tax reserves and tax assets, aiding the receipt of federal and regional tax benefits. She worked on projects concerning delivering the methodological aspects of CFC rules, the actual recipient of income concept, and the application of tax residency rules, analysing tax risks and identifying opportunities to reduce risk, supporting companies before and during tax audits. Nina regularly participates as a speaker at events and writes articles for periodicals.
