Alexey advises clients on construction, land and contractual law in real estate.

Alexey’s recent experience in litigation includes the following projects:

  • Representing the Turkish investor in disputes regarding investment into the construction of sea port in Rostov-on-Don (more than 20 legal cases in real estate, corporate law and bankruptcy).
  • Representing the Finnish developer in disputes with the customer regarding the quality of a metal roof constructions of a warehouse complex.
  • Representing the owners of large real estate units in disputes regarding cadastral value in real estate taxation.

Alexey has a number of publications in periodicals on real estate and procedural law issues.
