In November 2015, at the VI Russian National Awards SoUchastie KPMG was awarded with a Second Degree Diploma for its “Millilitres of Life – Donor Day at KPMG” project in the nomination “For making a con-tribution to corporate donorship development”. Sponsored by the Federal Medical-Biological Agency of the Russian Federation, KPMG has been holding donor days for many years with over 200 employees attending the event. All donated blood goes to the Gift of Life charity to help children suffering from haematological diseases. You can invite your friends or relatives to attend the Donor Day at KPMG.
The KPMG Volga Regional Centre won in nomination "Social Project" in first Nizhny Novgorod HR-award "Employer of the Year" organised by the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region and the regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry. KPMG project "Early Intervention" aimed at development of vocational care of young children in Nizhny Novgorod region received unanimous recognition of the award expert council.
KPMG was awarded first prize in the "Corporate Volunteering" category for our work in a number of projects aimed at helping local communities.
The KPMG Volga Regional Centre was nominated and won in the Second Nizhny Novgorod Phoenix regional public recognition prize for philanthropy and CSR work. In 2013, the governor of Nizhny Novgorod region, as part of the award ceremony, established a new category for nominations, recognising "Companies contributing to the development of philanthropy and volunteering in Nizhny Novgorod region". The KPMG Volga Regional Centre won the Governor’s special nomination prize.
