In the Official Gazette no. 902/16.11.2017 was published GEO no. 82/2017 amending and supplementing some legislative acts ("GEO no. 82/2017"), which established the obligation to initiate collective bargaining in units where there is no collective agreement, for the implementation of the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 79/2017 for amending and completing the Law no. 227/2015 on the Fiscal Code ("GEO no. 79/2017").
