Government Emergency Ordinance 79/2017 to amend the Fiscal Code was published in the Official Journal of Romania (no. 885/2017).
On 10 November 2017, Government Emergency Ordinance 79/2017 (hereinafter „the Ordinance”) to amend the Fiscal Code (Law 227/2015) was published in the Official Journal of Romania (no. 885/2017). The date of entry into force of the new provisions is 1 January 2018.
