KPMG’s solution to simplify completion of Form 394
In early 2016 new provisions were issued, taking effect from 1 January 2017, increasing the amount of information and the level of detail required in the completion of Form 394 on supplies and acquisitions of goods in Romania. All dispatches of goods to individuals must now be listed, regardless of their values.
