Mark joined KPMG in the Channel Islands in 2004 and worked in the audit department for four years, providing audit and assurance services to a variety of banking, fund administration and other financial services clients. He is responsible for the development of an audit model, used to review valuations of discounted debt instruments and has been involved in assessing valuations for a number of different financial instruments. He has extensive experience in both the buy and sell-side of financial, accounting and regulatory due diligence and has worked with a number of clients performing business valuations, target identification, strategic reviews. He also provides marketing assistance on various financial advisory projects including corporate finance transaction and accounting advice on financial instruments and their impact on regulatory capital. Mark has worked with private and public funds and is involved in the restructuring of listed funds. He has several years of experience in providing audit, assurance and financial reporting advice to large public clients within the financial services sector. These include European private equity funds and several trust company businesses and fund administrators.
