As part of our CSR efforts, we believe in developing local talent and have entered into agreements with some of the country’s biggest businesses to provide valuable work experience for many young Qatari’s who are keen to gain exposure in the private sector and broaden their understanding of International organizations. We have also employed dozens of interns and graduates each year from local universities and our commitment to their development includes ongoing technical training and providing hands-on experience, working on projects under the guidance and mentorship of our professional staff.”
