KPMG’s Cyber Risk Management process uses a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) tool to facilitate the process of outsourcing vendor assessment for existing compliance standards or a client-specific compliance framework. It is an end-to-end tool to manage third-party vendor risk evaluations. The TPRM tool has four key modules including Master Data Management, Assessment Set Testing, Analysis and Reporting. Within these modules, our clients have a central repository to manage vendor information, can conduct tailored assessments of each vendor, enables the vendor to run a self-assessment, then the tool performs a facility-wise and domain-wise analysis to create an exception based report. The tool can be implemented at the client location as a standalone application in their environment or can be hosted by KPMG on behalf of the client.
