Maintenance of employees’ personal files and employment-related documentation

According to the Polish Labour Code the Employer is responsible for the maintenance of employees’ files and documentation connected with employment following the form and record retention requirements prescribed by applicable regulations.

KPMG services include:

  • Completion of the standard employment contract / service contract / contract for specific task in cooperation with the Client and in accordance with the Polish Labour Code and the Civil Code
  • Maintenance (in accordance with the Polish Labour Code) of employees’ files and documentation connected with employment
  • Monitoring of the expiry dates of the obligatory medical checks-ups and health and safety-at-work legislation training
  • Keeping record of due holidays and other work absences
  • Preparation of updates to employment conditions
  • Preparation of documents related to the termination of employment
  • Informing on changes in law in connection with maintaining employees’ personal documentation.
