We would like to inform you that the joint controllers of your personal data are Companies belonging to the KPMG group in Poland, each of them having its registered office at ul. Personal data may be disclosed to employees or associates of joint controllers as well as to their outsourcers in accordance with the relevant outsourcing agreements.

We would also like to inform you that the personal data provided by you will be processed by the KPMG group Companies in order to accept a contact inquiry, process the inquiry and provide an answer, pursuant to 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - hereinafter referred to as GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of joint controllers;

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the business relationship.

You have the right to request access to personal data concerning you, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to the transfer of data. You may withdraw your consent (if any) at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you decide that the processing of personal data violates the GDPR. The provision of personal data by you is voluntary.

We would also like to inform you that the Companies belonging to the KPMG group in Poland have entered into joint arrangements in which they defined their areas of responsibility for fulfilling their obligations under the GDPR, including without limitation those referred to in this information clause.

KPMG Sp. z o.o. is responsible for observing the rights and obligations in relation to your personal data. It was also agreed, as indicated, that the contact point for you is the Data Protection Officer.
